SHIPPING INFORMATION
We prepare the order within 4 to 6 days, your order is then shipped within 4 to 6 days.
It will take between 8 and 12 working days in total to receive your package from the time of your order.
RDB Agency ensures worldwide deliveries.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with your shipment confirmation, including a tracking link.
Some orders may be delivered by multiple suppliers, in which case items are shipped separately without any extra charge.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost for orders under £50 is £1.90, and above that amount, the shipping cost is waived.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
DEFECTIVE ITEMS RECEIVED
If your order is delivered with defective items, either partially or fully, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund for the affected items. Please send us an email including proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of the confirmation email received when placing your order) and a photo of the affected items. Please also specify in the message whether you prefer a replacement or a refund for the defective items.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Most orders are processed within 24/48 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@pokemon-online-shop.com.
The majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 4 to 6 days. It is imperative that you contact us during this period, so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No cancellation requests will be accepted if the order has already been processed.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you desire.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within maximum 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
