SUMMARY
If the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the receipt of the package to contact our customer service by email at: contact@pokemon-online-shop.com.
Please include your order number and specify which product you wish to return in your email.
Returns are at your expense and should be sent to the following address:

Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within a maximum of 10 days.
RETURNS
The items provided by https://www.pokemon-online-shop.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those available in traditional retail stores and come from the referenced publishers and suppliers.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Defective Items
The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original, intact packaging, accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and documentation (in its original sealed packaging, and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@pokemon-online-shop.com (description and attached photos/videos).
To complete your return, you must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will provide you with the steps to follow once your case is accepted under our conditions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within maximum 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, RDB Agency is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer, excluding return shipping costs. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
